The Lincoln 303, is a fully furnished, luxury vacation rental, proudly presented by AdobeStar Properties and located in the brand new Lincoln Square High Rise of Santa Fe, NM. Relax and indulge as our VIP guests and rest assured, here at The Lincoln, you are as “Downtown Luxury, and Santa Fe Style”, as you can get. The Lincoln-Residence 303, provides the quiet and convenience of a fully furnished high rise loft yet it is situated less than one block to the Santa Fe Plaza. Just steps outside the door of your own private residence is where you will visit the 400-year-old historic sites, do some friendly bartering for authentic Native American turquoise under the portal of the Palace of Governors, be inspired by the sheer breadth of art and culture, and delight in the finest southwestern cuisine the, “City Different”, has to offer.
Superior craftsmanship went into the design of this wonderfully appointed unit. Our mission was to create this, “Contemporary Oasis”, exclusively for the type of person that would appreciate the finer things in life. Featuring an efficient King size bedroom and an open living space; stainless steel appointed European style kitchen with a small hotel size stainless refrigerator, coffee and ice maker, deep stainless sink, a quaint and sun-drenched living room with a gas-burning fireplace, floor to ceiling/wraparound window/doors capturing the views to the western mountains, western mesas and blue sky views to the north. Views are offered from one balcony as well as access to common areas patio with patio furniture.

One parking spot in the lot adjacent to the Lincoln Building is included with your reservation. It is a private off-street lot and you will receive a parking pass for entry and exit. The lot cannot accomodate over sized vehicles.

Great location, lovely property, and amazingly attentive staff. We had excellent communication throughout and they were very helpful. I loved the cozy fireplace and our balcony! Plus its the perfect size for a couple. Loads of closet space and every amenity you need. The staff went the extra mile in communicating with us on a holiday, and digging a $100 SWA voucher out of the trash for me that had inadvertently been thrown away. I cannot express how grateful I am for that. Thank you so much!
